Description
Just my very first try to make something like matte painting.
This is an conglomerate of four photos, alot of
postwork, a few vue plants and a lot of time. :)
Nothing near the quality of an "Thomas Krahn" Image.
Hope you like it nevertheless.

Whilst the overall concept is interesting there are two major drawbacks. One is the immense difference in reality btw the tree in the foreground and the photographic elements in the background. The another annoying element is the apparent scale of the palace, which looks ludicrously small in comparison to the trees behind the main waterfall.

I agree the with the comments above about the scales being off...but let's give credit where credit is due...this is excellent artwork....

So what happened to fantasy??? This is a fantasy land where the trees are extra specially large and the castle is inhabited by "the little people". The whole image takes on a surrealism and should be viewed as such. I really like it! I particularly do like the scale of the falls behind the starkness of the castle. Be encouraged Alihahd - and I do feel people should send their CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms by IM in any case!
