Description

Greetings, I was a devoted Bryce user... This is my first attempt at totally using 3d max unfortunately, I'm not very good at it yet. I have to give credit to Tony Lynch for the chair and table. The cloth was done with ClothReyes 3.0 I know it needs work so leave a comment and any suggestions.

Fantastic for a first go and look forward to seeing progress as you learn. Watch the scale of the objects as they relate to each other and play around with the shadows and focal length of the cameras to work depth into the scene. Beware Max is addictive :~)

Buen comienzo, pero empieza a modelar tmismo todos los objetos de tus escenas. Observa la parte inferior de la pintura en el cuadro de la pared, se ve el corte del dibujo. Adelante y Max no te defraudar

Has a very picturesque look to it, if that's even a word? Great texture in the carpet contrasts well with the floor. Could use some more resolution in the table cloth and the wall paper looks to be in different proportions on the two walls. VERY good for a first!

Good work. I've seen your Bryce works and they are nice too... I suggest to use the free plugin ClothReyes to improve the clothes... Transtalation to gremil's comment: "Good beginning, but start to model yourself every objects on your scenes. Look at the lower part of the picture on the wall, you can see the draw's edge. Go on and Max won't let you down."

Thanks for the translation and thanks all for the comments. I plan on working the modeling side of MAX. Max is just not like anything I've used before, (I.E. Lightwave...ect) But, I'm gonna stick with it. Once again thanks all.
