Description

Katrina got us here. No internet for two weeks. No power,no running water, no air. Our house suffered minimum damage, but we lost most of our trees from the wind. (Some I really loved too) grrrrrrr! Things could be worse. Getting back to normal. The first day our power came back on, I snapped this pic of Bunny trying to stay cool on the ice chest. [not a dumb cat, eh?] Note the MREs and water ration. Thanks to the Nat'l Guard we had food, water, and ice! Keep safe, be well!

I think he believes that fish maybe in the ice chest and he is waiting for someone to open it. Good that you only had minor damage

I feel your pain. Rode out three hurricanes here last year -- lack of air conditioning in summer isn't too fun (September either I'd guess). Your smart cat looks a lot like one of mine, too! God bless, and prayers for a swift recovery for you.

Glad you fared so well in light of all the horrible things going on over there. My brother is in Southern Florida and got hit by Katrina the first time over...I LOVE your kitty! Robyn:)
