I diceded to redo and scene that took a long time to render with mental ray to compare to what I'm doing with vray

To me this looks better then the vray samples you've posted, but all of them look better then my current car project :)

Kinda like the exhaust difference. its very cool. The overall design is great aswell (Love the grill), but I hate to see such a nice cuvy front and sides with such a boxed back (reminds me a bit of the Saleen S7)

lol I was kind of going for boxy the s7 was something I looked at while I was making this plus my other super car is sort of round and I wanted this one to be more blocky in contrast

Mental Ray! Mental Ray! Dood, set up a nice HDRI lighting scene and you'll never look back. Be nice to get some of your mod cars into this lighting system too - there's some great models in your gallery that deserve some final gather. S.

alot of those are mental ray renders with final gather it takes too long this scene took like 3hr with the car and background rendered separately and longer when they where rendered together these vray renders where like 20mins a peice
