thanks 4 the comments people i used photoshop only 4 the blur. i miss some caustics in the scene but i really couldnt get it right...any help?

Take it from a bulb: good detail. But bulbs are meant to produce light. Let's see some glow! :)

this is real cool and bulbs only produce light when plugged into a lamp. just one thing the glass of the bulb shouldn't refract so much (glass on a bulb is real real thin and doesn't really refract light, iof it did we'd all be sitting in weirdly lit rooms : ) on the caustics thing...... sometimes if the caustics arent all that noticable i make a light just for caustic emmissions then I disable affect diffuse, specular and affect open gl(just leave it affecting caustics and depending on the lighting of your scene ramp the caustic light way up sometimes even as high as 1000%)as i say depends on the lighting in rest of scene. experimentation will do the trick.
