Description

Wal-Mart has their halloween section started already this year, and while i was there yesterday, i couldn't resist the temptation to pick up some black gunk. Of course, i still manage to look all goody-two-shoes even painted up with the black - but i am going to guess it's the bright lighting. Yes, that's it. The lighting. Oddly enough, i always get -someone- asking in comments if this is a self portrait as the title says. Ahhhh, yes. That's why it's -in- the title. Tripod, remote - very good friends of mine. *grin*

I for one like the black gunk! I'm a big fan of goth so this is close! Yes you still look kinda sweet made up but that's a blessing i'm sure! Excellent shot!

You gorgeous creature...you!!! I won't say black is "your" color but it does become you. I wouldn't say you look "goody-two-shoes" either...just HOT!!! Very nice to see you again!!!

Great pose and shot- perhaps you should experiment with post work in a photo program (preferably one that allows plugins) and you can work up the atmosphere to go with the pose/makeup. Agree with all the above- you are quite a lovely model!

You have some SUPERB self portraits in your portfolio (anyone who has the courage to appear on film - especially by their own hand - gets my vote). I think this would be even stronger if you blurred the foliage, softened the skin tones and darkened the clothing slightly to give a touch more contrast. Drop me an e-mail and I will show you exactly what I mean Roy
