Description
This is the lake of Dobbiaco, in North Italy. I shot the pic against light (without sun, but light was strong anyway) with a polar filter. It's strange! I noticed that screwing the filter the clouds ware sharper in the sky or on the reflection, but never at the same time.

il riflesso dell'acqua stupendo... strano che le montange siano uscite cosscure con tutta quella luce! ah, mi arrivato il nuovo polarizzatore... dimensioni esatte :)

bella foto, una interessante variazione sul tema della classica foto del lago di Dobbiaco. ... e le montagne vengono scure perche' ... beh direi che anche io ho quel problema in quel preciso punto del mondo :-)

He he, polarisation filters filter polarized light and the reflected light might have converted the direction of the polarized light! Gorgeous capture!

That's an interesting and mysterious shot. the darkness adds to the mystery and the clouds in the water are more detailed than the sky..you say that's from a lens filter? great work..
