Description

This is the last of the paintings that have been in one stage or another for a while and is now "finished". The working size of the piece is 2373x1742 so again I regret the compression needed to post it here Painted with PhotoshopCS2

HOLY #$#$@(#$@! I am shamefully ineloquent at this moment but this is just astounding work, Ken. The detail is magnificent, even with the lower resolution needed for the post. The crane herself is most majestic, the colours striking and the still glassiness of the water's surface perfect. Brilliant, brilliant piece. Vote.

This is a completely stunning painting - and I do sympathise about the compression required! But nevertheless, its impact is still there, and it's like a classical painting! Excellent work!
