Description
I finally got hold of Monsoon' s Sea-Vue package and this is my first image using some of its elements. Great package, I need a lot more practice to reap the full benefit though.
Thanks for looking, comments welcome as usual.
Cheers
Andy.

As I have mentioned to others that render seafaring images, here is an excellent source for ideas and knowledge: www.scrimshawgallery.com. Go to the Online Gallery section, then Paintings and Prints. Look over the works of: Geoff Hunt, Geoffery Huband, Charles Vickery and John Stobart, etc. They are artists that have lived/live on the sea, and pride themselves in painting as accurately and realistically, ships at sea, under all manner of weather conditions. Their work can translate well to 3D. Also, google search: Tall Ships, etc. There are numerous photos of existing sailing ships today that show great "poses" and detail during all sorts of weather. Nice start, keep it up...
