Description

Got Oil? -------- by ZOT Created: 16-September-2005 Created with: - Poser 6 (Poser 4 renderer used)-no postwork - Photoshop (for my credits and also see more below) ============================ About: ------ I got the "Scrappy" robot today (yesterday as I write this) and after a quick play with him decided to use Scrappy in a little scene vignette. No doubt others will use the guy for all sorts of involved images but I like doing these things instead. :-P The text on the sign was created by me in Photoshop and was pretty simple to do. I had to 'dirty it up' a little because it looked too clean next to those 44 gallon drumns 'n stuff. - I wanted to include a couple of other items in the scene but spent a LONG frustrating time looking for them both online and in my own CD collection of downloaded stuff to no avail so I decided to finally forget those elements and carry on. I replaced one element with TrekkieGrrrl's nice decrepit newspaper and that instead worked well I thought, especially afterwards using Photoshop I changed the newspaper image map to suit my own little tale. ;-) The background colour for the desktop version of "Got Oil?" is one I came up with years ago for my Windows document area colour. I find it easy on my eyes. >:-) Z. ============================ Items used: ----------- * Scrappy the Robot created by tate from: www.daz3d.com ============================ Freebies used: -------------- * Urban Decay Props by ratracer (a Renderosity freebie for filling out one of their online surveys) - The 44 gallon drum, box, and palette are part of the set of props. * RDNA Tin Pail by Traveler from RDNA * Newspaper by TrekkieGrrrl (I altered the newspaper image map to suit my picture) * TTF font used on sign is: "DigitalStrip" created by Nate Piekos www.blambot.com ============================

Interesting... Egzariuf do you always leave low ratings or just when you disagree with the content?
