Description
Just a follow-up on a previous image.....this is Piper most of the time. That used to be my favorite chair. It is now Piper's favorite chair. If it looks as if I am headed for the chair, he will race ahead of me and leap onto it, settling in with a look of triumph. It is no easy task to remove 20 pounds of reluctant cat who instantly turns into a limp rag, crying like a baby. He usually bounces right back on and settles on my lap.

I have a cat like this, only he is a black smoke. But he has "his chair" and turns into a limp rag when we try to pick him up. Beautiful kitty cat you have! Excellent capture.

LOL. I too have one like this, this colouration, name of Fiona, but she refuses to set in laps. Great shot, very well done.

Does everyone have a cat like this? This cat also looks like my cat, Rocky -- same coloration. I'm amused at how many people here seem to have a cat this color. It's great how all cats have such individual habits and quirks.

Love 'em! Just wonderful creatures, and this is a great capture. I always find they become aware I'm there when I try photographing them in some of their more cute positions!

I agree about them becoming aware of what I'm doing. I have three cats and only Piper lets me photograph him with any regularity...mostly because he's frequently comatose. The other two either leave or come closer to check out what I'm doing.
