BIOborn in Florence in 1970, he studies the violin until the age of fourteen. He begins liceo clasico (a humanities-oriented secondary school) but abandons it in 1986 to dedicate himself to motorcycle racing and mechanics. In 1990, having finished his studies as an external student, his love for the mountains, which by this time has become his primary interest, distances him from Florence and takes him across the mountains of europe. In '92, having identified Monte Bianco as his favorite alpine setting, he moves to courmayeur, where he takes on mountain jobs such as a high-risk construction worker, and, having spent a period at the mountain lodge Torino, begins taking photos of the mountains.
In 1996 his newborn interest for photography takes him back to Florence, where he opens a photography studio. He currently lives and works in Florence and is part of an ambulance rescue squad in Florence and of a mountain rescue team in the winter months. In summer he sails the mediterranean sea with his sail boat and run with Yamaha YZF-R1 superbike.

Makes me think of 1984, or some post stalinian city, everything's grey and dirty, even the sky. The green seems like a new hope for the city to me. Love it.

!!! EXCELLENT ARCHITECTURE !!!

impressive in its vastness, but it needs more torn, exposed used metal IMO- make the whole image more raw & industrial. :o)
