Today is my little girl Christina's 8th bday!!. Most of you regulars that frequent my gallery will probably recognize her as she is in allot of pictures I did- the little shining star of my gallery :O)))). SO I shot this pic with my old old cam last bday . We had a dress up bday party where all the friends go and get dressed up at this huge dollhouse and do a tea party -model and prance about.. (this wasn't her real cake it was the teaparty one.. hehe looks kinda wierd in this pic...usually I make up the cakes for the party and spend hours decorating them ..and go a bit crazy with them lol... This year it will be Disneyland. but not 'till next weekend. Been shopping all day YAWN... I started to put up another pic and went hmm I need to do a bday thing for my little sweetie pie. She is a wonderful little girl always so happy, very athletic and bouncy and always a fantastic attitude about anything. She is there to help and to give. :O) Yeah, oops! - LOL, caught myselfdoing the Mom brag thing - forgive me,!~ I cannot help it... I love her so darn much!! Happy bday Chrissy girl ! I honestly can't remember a birthday cake with so few candles on it! LOL! What a charming image of Chrissy and her out fit and that lovely tiara are just adorable! She's like a Princess here and I hope you didn't put one of those joke candles on the cake! Those are the worst, especially when there are 30+ of them! LOL! A very Happy Birthday to Chrissy and many, many more! Have fun, but don't forget to rest a little bit on the side! Excellent capture and sentiments!

What a beautiful B-Day princess your Chrissy is - happy 8th to her - that is such a sweet age. Love this shot and you remind me of me with all your decorating. I always did that for my daughter Heather and we both have many happy memories. I love decorating and used to decorate my home for each season, changing the rugs and plants and furniture cushions and coverings, wall pictures, etc, to reflect the mood and colors of spring/ autumn, summer and winter. And I especially went nuts over Xmas. Then I settled on an African/tropical theme that I have kept for several years - can you image a Xmas tree with giant zebra and leopard fur balls and all kinds of animal ornaments - yup, that's what I've got.:o) CC
