I looks like you used the same file name for both the Gallery Image and for the Thumbnail image. This is what you should do to fix the error ... (1) save the Gallery image; (2) create the thumbnail image and save it with a different file name; (3) go to your gallery and click on the "[Edit]" action link -- then upload both new images. HTH, but YMMV.
