Bateaux's from todays's French And Indian War Reenactment campground< Lake George, NY (I biked up from Glens Falls and nearly didn't bring my camera!)

Great image. Never saw one of these before. I believe there is a real (reconstruction?) lake gunboat in the Smithsonian from Revolutionary War days or 1812. Must have been quite a kick on the mountings when that was fired!! Great historical image.
