A beautiful face! The eyelashes and hair aren't quite there yet. Subpatching the hair should smooth out the kinks. Well done!!

I agree with Parthius, subpaching the hair will help. There is a problem with the eyebrows, try to put little sasquach there for best close up result. Also need a little face proportions tweeking, the lower chin is too small and tight, the ear is a little flattened in the lower part regardless to depth of field:) The nose also need a little work. There is a tuft left from the hair that passing through the neck... A little more specularity in the eyes and more suggestive expression on the face will help also. More detailed texture on the neck too. After that a little diffuse glow in photoshop will put a little photofraphy look on your render. Sorry for the critique, i'm just trying to help. After all-good work:)
