This shot, posted once earlier but now with an appropriate poem, I dedicate to Rachel a.k.a. WiserAngel who celebrates her birthday today!

Happy birthday, Rachel!

Looking back to the years that passed you've gathered a lot of experiences you would never have dreamed. Everone's road is single and unique, although companionship can take away utter loneliness now and then. I wish you the best Road that leads to eternal life (John 14:6). Thank you for sharing so much of your life, you've become a most wonderful and lovable friend to me, one of a kind, and I wish you the best of the best for the new year that lies ahead!

oh no...i missed Rachel's birthday. :( i feel so bad now. But i added her to my list so i won't forget her next year! Anyway, i LOVE this image, Jan-Carel...and also the accompanying text! You create the path as you journey in life. there are many choices...it's up to us to decide. Your image is beautiful!!!! i remember this and love seeing it again! so beautifully composed and i just love those trees on top of the hill!!!!! What a wonderful gift, Jan-Carel!!!
