Description


This is the first of a series of three taken in my home during a weekend of rotten weather. Although the elements of the image are entirely representational my intention was to compose in such a way that the colours, tones and arrangement within the frame should be viewed as an abstract.

i like this... anything that projects through a window or door into another world giving it added depth... well seen here :] the colors too

Sorry to hear about the rotten weather. As for the image, I can see what your goal is, but I also see it as a commercial image found in a catalogue. Interesting to see what comes next.

Yes wonderful depth and lovey colors Ian. That trellis in the background adds a really nice artistic element to the picture. A great looking yard.
