Description

If you think you know what ugly is, you probably make a huge mistake...cause.. this is ugly I think. It is the head of a ... well .. do you know who owns this very special head ? Brian S: indeed it is a stork, but not the usual one u will find in your back yard... I hope :-) Well, time to tell you the litle secret. It is an African marabu.. it is a scavenger so it's neck very much looks like a vulture.

That's a clear contender for being the ugliest bird I ever saw! Would never have guessed this was a stork - my first thought was vulture (there are a few vultures that can compete with this:)

A kind of bird, I would say... But I disagree with you, there cannot be anything ugly in an animal. Ugliness is a word that has been invented by humans to describe what they don't like. For me, ugliness is something that we can find in some men's brain, for example like in the brain of some president(s) of USA or France, or anywhere... And your shot is the exact opposite of ugliness, it's brilliant!
