Description

This is another WIP of my planet which shows some of texture work that I primary work on. I applied changes to Atmosphere based on suggestions from Al. I also added the Nexus Moon that original done in my Nexchia world. I still have some more work, especially with the water and additional Moons. Thanks for viewing the image.

Agree with Bruce...a bit more variety in the material coloring on different slopes would look interesting. As for the moon, it`s color texture is nice but I think it need a bit more bump...now it has ome artificial look. Atmoshphere is kind of thin and this I think messes up the scales in the scene.

Yep...I think Bruce & Slav have the right idea...when test-rendering mats I like to find a spot with a fair bit of light/shadow in it...with shadows on things can look very different so it's good to get an overall view..Nice work so far Stewart!!

Thanks.. This is stuff I was looking for. I am desiring not to even set the challenge/release date for the planet until I am happy with the results. Back to the drawing board.
