this photo reminds me of Bruce Springsteen's 'lonesome day' lol...it gives me the feel of solitude, sweet loneliness, antithesis, the shaddow tends to get the idea further and i think the barren, simple background adds more 'silence' to the photo...i love it! (i'm curious bout the name of that tree)

This is a terrific picture. The tree located in off center in the frame adds so much to the picture, so does the solour of the tree alone. Exciting photograph!
