You need to be specific in what qualities you are not satisfied with. I'm happy with just the lips and nose. The hair is nice - thats the same way I draw hair. Maybe you're not satisfied with his expression. Maybe it's his fault? Open up a notepad document and type 'what is wrong with this picture?' Type your honest response and you will have the answer.

It sucks? Never! This is a wonderful drawing. Maybe you should get a little disttance, just put it away for a couple of days and then things may look different. Great work!!

Hmmm, I agree with mind2mind--I don't see anything sucky about this, in fact, the shading under the nose has some really nice subtlety to it! But if you are dissatisfied, then ask yourself what bothers you about it. But "sucks"? I don't think so...
