a nice picture - which is totallky trashed by the flat, unformed textures that have been used. When I do textures I do the shades/highlights as usual, add the texture to a layer above this - adjust opacity/layer mode and even erase part of them if need be, THEN COPY the shades/highlights layer over the top of this again and once more adjust opacity/layer mode etc if need be until it looks like part of the clothing and not just sitting there plastered on. Great job, I think the image is great. SeanE's comments are valid, but I've seen the way you've used your textures in many a comic book- In Chris Bachalo's art is one that comes to mind and it holds its own. Its a matter of taste, thats all- Well done Silvenger keep it up!
