Hm....maybe a tripod will help....but its kind of moody this blurry way 2

It was taken with a tripod, and remote release, though on a relatively short shutter speed, attempting to simply capture the reflection of the light on the water, and the mearest hint of the cliffs. The bluriness is more to do with the resizing for web use with too high a jpeg compression.
