Nice render. Love her face shape. Two things....firstly - it looks like you've got a very short focal length on the camera - 75-100 seems to be a good level for portraits. Secondly, that's an ambitious light/shadow setup you've tried. The shadows haven't quite worked on the top of her forehead. To fix this, on the main shadowed light, drop the bias and increase the map size (to maybe around 2048?). Rendertime will increase....
