well welcome hazel, i just gave my first shot at the cloth painting myself, takes time for sure... you are headed in the right direction, looks great on this screen, maybe a little more detail on the chest section might help a bit.. blessings

Well Hazel I am truly impressed. I love the draping effect and the windblown look..your painting is really looking excellent. Oh, by the way...is that a very faint face of your model intergrated into your image?? That, my dear is very cool. I'd love to know how to do that.

This is a lovely image and may I firstly say, "Well done"! The hair works well here, although I think it just needs a little more detail around the left side of the image. For the clothes, which I think are great and a wonderful shade of blue, just a little more edge definition here and there would help - if you are using layers, you could use the drop shadow effect, trying it out in different settings, and see how that works. I realise you are aiming for a very soft fabric look, and you have achieved that well. Just my thoughts for what they're worth...

This is positively Beautiful Hazel! I love the draping, softness, and colors of the cloth! The cloth does have a painted feel to it and if you wanted to make it more realistic you could do as anna said above: define the edges just a tad more using layers and filters like dropshadow, and even Bevel. But for this image alone if you have it in layers still, you could apply a tiny very subtle painted effect/filter to the woman and then place the clothing and hair layers back on her. The whole image would then look like a master's painting! Anyway, As I said you did a wonderful job and it is Beautiful!
