lovely image. i like the bloom, it makes it seem more real, or more intense. or both. the birds perched on the rock in my opinion should be smaller to make the rocks seem larger. also the textures on the rocks could do with some tuning/softening, the bump and shadows seems a bit harsh. but good work!
