Description
Modular roller conveyors are package handling conveyor systems for use with cardboard or plastic totes up to a maximum weight of 50kg. The system consists of a number of standard modules.
The modular roller conveyor system is designed to be as flexible, re-configurable and quick to install as possible. Standard electrical panels are available for the starting / stopping of the system as the design is almost totally independent of the conveyor layout they power.
These features come together to create a very quiet, low maintenance, high throughput conveyor system that offers the flexibility to expand or change with the demands placed on the conveyor system.
This roller conveyor construction set includes parts to build most any conveyor layout. Common equipment in most factories, roller conveyors transport boxes, trays, and just about any other item with a flat or near flat bottom. Industrial roller conveyors are both gravity fed or use driven rollers. These conveyor models can be used for either, with extra tall support girders which would hide the drive belt/chain. The kit includes a straight section, a 90 degree curve, a 30 degree curve, a 90 degree feeder, and a 30 degree diverter. These items can be mirrored for either right or left turns and feeds.
This kit is available here from TurboSquid.
Rendered in Max 7.0, with the Dosch extreme resolution HDRI background, full HDRI lights.

I use to work on those, the company Horsley Conveyors, built them, And we had miles of these, taking the French Fries from the packaging area to the loading docks, wow I don,t miss replacing those rubber bands between the rollers going around the corners... Looks great, the image, looks almost real, ? is it real or rendered ?

It's rendered. These aren't any specific brand of roller conveyor, more of a generic model set, based on photographs of the real things. I appreciate the kudos regarding the realism. It was my first experiment with HDRI lighting. I've been doing modeling for years and years, but HDRI is a new beast. I was very pleased with the realism of the result. The tech details, Rendered in MAX 7.0, using a Dosch HDRI image for both lighting and 360 degree environment map. Render time on dual Xeon 3.0's was 7 hours.
