Thats an eye-puller! good stuff - although u can try and make the clouds (im assuming u used clouds) more nebulous, but thats just a minor observation. Keep it up

Impressive. My only crit would be that the nebula clouds look more atmosphere-y then space-y. Darkening the edges would make it more believable. The planet is really good.
