Description

I was in the garden taking pics of flowers and this Monarch flew in and I only had less than a minute to grab some shots before it flew away. It was me blocking the light unfortunately.Hope you enjoy anyway weekend folks!!!hope you have a wonderful time and thanks for your visit and comments

Beautiful butterfly! Love how close up you got of it. They fly away so fast. I tried one time to take a picture and it flew off just as my camera clicked. LOLOL EXCELLENT PHOTO! V Husg Maria

I like the way the lighting turned, out you can still see the details in the shady parts perfectly and it is easy and interesting on the eye! 8-)

Excellent shot though the shadow is a shame. I had the same problem the last time I got to go out shooting...my shadow kept getting in the shot!!! I was ready to do what Peter Pan did and sew it to the GROUND! LOL! Excellent shot! Beautiful specimen!!!

Youre very good at this Richard ,you take the most wonderful photos and I think this is one of your bests ,Its so sharp ,I can even see the hairs on the butterflys wings .
