Sorry for the somehow strange title, but this one reminds me of....uh....ehm....well...you know....something So this has to be a male mushroom. Anybody an idea how a female mushroom looks like (lol). Thanks for all your wonderful and nice comments on my last upload, "September Sunrise". You made me blush!! Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend

In Germany we call this "Stinkmorchel". Normally the "top" is covered with dark and very stinky slime that attracks flys to land on it. I guess they eat that slimy stuff so now this mushroom is "cleaned", the ants are doing the rest. Nice shot!

Hey, did you see my cowboy hat? I left it by some mushroom. No, I don't think it was that one,, I just had to look between my legs to make sure the fairies left me mine...whew..still there. This must be a male shroooon =)))))

It's a male mushroom indeed!it even has nutts too,it must be! What else would you call it may i ask? I sure hope that those ants on the head are'nt fire-ants! One can almost feel the paine!Awesome shot my friend!Excellent close-up! Sure made me laught though!:))))Have a great day!
