Description
Well....I have been toying with Daz Studio for the last week or so...and I am still having lighting and moving stuff around problems. Also having a time finding my stuff in the libraries..dont know if I will continue on with Studio or not..but it does have a cartoon feature which I really have fun with...if I could just get the lighting right!! I wish to thank Unicornist and Mumbocat for all your help and guidance...you have been much help!! *HUGS*!!

Ypu'll get it, but it takes a little practice. After working with D|S I have decided that I like trhe lighting far better than I do Poser's and the excellent cartoon rendering seals the deal for me. I still use Poser for some stuff, but I've been rendering exclusively in D|S for a couple of weeks now and I doube if I'll ever look back. Gorgeous images, by the way. Once you get the lighting they'll be stunning!

You're braver than I am Chrissy :) I've tried Daz Studio a couple times but I cannot seem to get the hang of the interface so I think I'll stick to Poser for now until I have more time to play around with D/S. Excellent images!! Love the cartoon render too!! huge hugglz :)

Beautiful work Chrissy! I love the POV! I think the cartoon image is really unique and something I'd like to try, but I have enough problems learning P6 so I don't think I'll try DAZ Studio!! LOL Excellent work! (V)

How you humans ever learn to tell each other apart, much less these virtual dolls... :D Nice work, Chrissy! If I saw her on Main Street, that pose would definitely get my attention! :D I think maybe the view through the windows looks like it came from a higher camera location, but who's looking through windows? :) I just wanted to see if maybe she WORKED in that bistro... probably not LOL! As for D|S vs. Poser, I downloaded the demo of Poser 6, and frankly, it seems to perform a bit better on my machine. It definitely has a different User Interface, though. Some of that's a good thing, and I'm planning to get it for its ability to handle dynamic clothing; plus, it seems to be easier to build new figures and export them from P6.

I like both versions. I think you're doing great with Studio. You know you can holler at me anytime for help with it. I'll send you some info by mail on how to get your files into Studio the easy way. And I'll point you in the direction for lights made just for Studio. Poser light sets can be a bit difficult to use in there.

Wow....too hard to decide which one I like the best...but you've definitely inspired me to try my hand with the cartoon thingy in Studio! Both are supurb renders, and I love how well you've shown off the contrasting styles. Just Excellent!

Great renders...she look's down right SEXY !!!Woo Poser does have scetch option in the old renderer, which I have used for story boards and a pretty kool FX. Cheer's :o)

Ahhh the Drow Queen looks awesome on Aiko! That's another world I haven't attempted to venture in yet, but who knows what the future holds! Probably more rendering! LOL! DS looks quite interesting and the toon shader works wonders! And kudos to you for venturing into the unknown and exploring new stuff...something I rarely do! Excellent work!!
