Thanks Cleon. Let me get this right, if I don't call it anything to do with Tomb Raider, I can sell t-shirts of my work? I'm tired so bear with me if I'm not getting something obvious :-)

That's my understanding, unless it were to fall in the "conceptual design" thing. A tricky legal issue to be sure, and I'm no lawyer. With the picture above being sold on T shirts, I think the actual poser products and whether or not they could be used commercially would be the issue.
