Description

Before Kallea can hit her stride (http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1059635), her Defender comes to the rescue! With a wild yell, JAG runs at the monster, swinging a long sword! Thanks to LuckyRed, for giving me a Michael that's worth looking at--besides ME, of course! :D Questor Barbarian Sword from DAZ free stuff; background photo by me. I'll let you guess what JAG is wearing! ;) Of course, that's a Michael 3 from DAZ. I'm a Michael 3, too: Born on 3/3, third son! :) The hair is "Longhair Appendix" by Kozaburo. (I'm not sure what that's about, but it worked!)

Good pose and expression. There is some jaggedness around the figure that might be from postwork with a "magic wand". You might try saving out your image from Studio as a ".png" to drop out the background (it'll get rid of the "ant-trails").

It is a good pose and expression. Gotta go with la morocha about saving the render in Studio as a png. You'll lose that jagged edge. Also you might want to check the specular on the sword. Turn it a bit darker and the sword won't come out so white. Otherwise, great image!

Okay, I admit it: I forgot ot say that I postworked the image in an old version of PhotoShop, the LE version, at that, instead of using Gimp. :) My last image used png, but I was hoping to eliminate the sharp edges so I tried tiff this time, which seems to--in combination with the old PhotoShop, anyway--lose transparency. My patience ran out when I couldn't keep my eyes open, so I posted doodoo--as in do more, do it again! :D Sorry, guys: I'll do better next time!

LOL@Wolfspirit. Finally I have managed to get your image to load. I, of course being a Pisces too, agree wholeheartedly about Pisces being fantastic people. lol. I love following this story. He sure is one great looking Michael 3. I wouldnt mind him coming to my rescue. ha ha. Kalea has all the luck ! Fabulous work with his expression and pose. There is something about that sword that I would not want to be on the other end of it....BIG OUCH. I think you have definitely caught the defender in him ! Uh, can I borrow him. Does he do Hornet infestations ? Perfect ! VOTE and FAV

Your expression and pose once again are very well executed. You have a knack for capturing natural movement. You did a good job of lighting to blend in with your background. The only thing you need to work out are your edges (as if you don't know that already :D). One little trick is to blow your image up very large and use a very small brush and smooth the edges with the soften setting. I have used that often. ~hugs~
