Fantastic - great job - lot's of detail. Hope the books are magically protected from the floating embers. Well done! The glowing liquid is a wonderful touch. I always like glowing liquids. Great work!!

Awesome work, VERY like the Myst series of games, actually, dare I say it - better. Can't fault it...except for the purple petagram on the floor, looks a little like die cut felt ...dunno, that bit doesn't work for me. Other than that though it's a gem.

Awesome!!! VOTE Aside form the pentragram, I think that the shadows of your candles should be a bit less defined and a bit softer and fuzzier looking. 10-points for your incredible attention to detail like the direction of the wood grain on the shelves. It would be even more realistic if the script on the pages were handwritten and the diagrams hand drawn (there's tons of fonts out there like that) rather than printed. It would reinforce the visual impact of the inkwell and quill. The skull could also use some aging, perhaps some inscriptions on it as well.

Fantastic work!!! My only suggestion would be to keep the sparks and smoke more inside the fireplace. It should be designed to draw well, and if not, well, with a wizard in the house... Excellent work!!
