I believe I like this one the best of the 3, both POV and postworked birds. I'm not sure if it has to do with opacity of the surf/foam, or perhaps sun angle- the light seems very diffuse, and from a high angle. Maybe keep this POV, and try different sun angles?

this is the best one of the three, IMHO. Postwork is well integrated and like the colors; try to change the sun position for giving depth to the image and reduce the foam:)
