One truly would think this was a photograph, it is so very realistic. Don't think I can make any suggestions, I'm not sure there is room for improvement.

Fantastic portrait. Those eyes look so damn real. The only thing that I would add is a little bit of postwork around the beard. The line around his face is just too smooth, which gives the game away as to this being digital, because otherwise you'd have to think it was a photo. Excellent work. Steve:)

Amazing,the only things I see which could somewhat add something is in the eyes,a slight darkening of the color on the border of the iris and around the pupils,except that,WOW,it seem so real,the beard is amazing!!! Well done

Hyperrealistic tex, fantastic as usual! But his wonderful beard has so plane edges... this should be worth a try in displacement mapping I think. Anyway, and beyond every hyperrealism, really breathaking, uniqe are his eyes - not even a trace of a fracture, the best eyes & lacrimal I've ever seen.
