Description

In the Nadon mountains, on the planet Teros II, sits the "Temple of Tears". Originally built by King Surda in the third passage to commemorate his overwelming love for his wife who had suddenly died of unknown causes. The original name of the temple was "The Temple of Dovanan". "Dovanan" as best as it can be translated means the "the intertwining of two souls". The name was changed to the temple of tear, when six months after it's completion, King Surda climbed the mountain and jumped to his death from the balcony. They say his broken and lonely heart was too much for him to live with. After the torous wars the temple was given to Ramid Cid in payment for his support of the war. He in turn sold it to a mysterious reclusive woman, whose husband had died in the wars. It's said she too had a sad and lonely heart that could not be mended. In the lowland towns surrounding the mountains, they say that sometimes she can still be seen at sunset, searching the horizon for her lost love. Bob Comments are alway welcomed and appreciated.

Wow, thats freaking incredible work! Awsome detail, in the thumb closeup, and those mountains are great! The temple and the rock face intersect a little too artificially, I think. Besides that, 100%!!!

Great image! Beautiful render and the two moons just work fine to give this otherwordly feeling :) The rock and building intersection looks OK. Two comments though: the upper levels of the building seem to be too low compared to the human figure, she won't be able to exit to the balcony by those doors ... And although the figure (and the building in this case) looking out of the picture is considered as dramatic and source of tension (according to the general rules of composition), I'm not sure it is necessary here with this theme ...
