A newbie to graphic art and having a blast with Bryce, Photoshop Elements and PSP. :-)
I purchased my first digital camera last year so I'm clicking quite a few photos and loving the wonderful folks in the Photography group! :-)BIOHi! My nickname is maggiemai...or maggie for short and I live in upstate New York. I work at the local hospital and my favorite thing to do is hike along the trails of the Adirondack mountains or swim in our beautiful lakes. :-) I've always had an interest in art and photography. It's what I do to relax. I think Renderosity is an awesome site and I'm very grateful for the free space they give me to post my work. Nice to meet you! :-)

Impressive work, Maggie, you succeeded very well! Pity only you lost the top of the petals, but the water-effect is perfect! Experimenting is fun, discovering what you can do and what you cannot do and learn new skills! :) Excellent work!

Great job. Maybe the reflect could be shorter ? A very nice picture indeed.

One idea i got immediately would be if you cropped the sunflower in Photoshop so you isolate all except the flower from the original image(save as PSD),then import it to Bryce and save it as an object or use it as it is, then you got bunch of opportunities to experiment with, waters, lights and whatever you want :) The image you done here has a nice idea i think you can do many cool stuff with, experiment Maggie :) A winter is coming and the warmth of this image gives me wishes for more, for both sun and images from you :)
