Lovely sky, soft light and water, and I like the point of view. You might try decreasing the pitch and rotating the camera a bit to eliminate the "edge of the world" effect. I've certainly been guilty of that Terragen sin before..more than once. :~) If you're using the unregistered version of Terragen, your surface work is good, but with a few more layers for each color and less slope (smoother blend), it could be great. Overall, a beautiful render. I especially like the mood.

Lovely render. A peaceful view, and a lovely terrain. A tiny suggestion if I may. When rendering even with the unregistered version, try reducing the gamma settings. In the render dialogue, go to the gamma settings, and lower from 2 to either 1 or 1.2 This gives a richer tone to the overall picture.
