Looks fine to me, can't see anything to fault. Very atmospheric pic and great skin texture. Especially like the look to camera, sort of puts you there.

I decided to do some changes after all, and have updated the image. I made the arms and the chest thinner via postwork and also used the burn tool in photoshop to make shadows on some areas of the arms and body where Poser of some strange reason lets to much light in.
