Everything and I do mean everything recieved a texture makeover on this. The background is my own work as well.

Cool! You did an amazing work to make everything look dark and wicked!! She would be a perfect dragon mistress! :) Only suggestion is to add (or improve) a bump map on the dragon, since the scales have a bit of a "plastic" look. Anyway, a very nice image!!
