Description

On a far away planet a lone explorer encounters a problem we've all faced at least once; his high-tech exploration vehicle ran out of fuel in the middle of nowhere. Now with fuel canister in hand, he sets out to walk back to base for more fuel! Bryce render, truck and props built in Wings3D, explorer is sixus1's tss suit. Postwork (the DOF mostly) done in Photoshop CS. Thanks for looking!

Excellent use of depth of field. The reflections work well in bringing the scene to a true to life level. Very, very nice job.

I think this is wonderful. The foreground and background 3D is very well done. I'm voting.

Excellent shine on the armour. However the front right left tire doesn't look properly inserted in the sand, and the depth of field effect on the vehicle seems too abrupt given the length of the vehicle and the perspective. Also, I would personally prefer softer shadows on the floor beneath the humaoid figure.
