Description
Ellingen Residence (Germany)
A room inside the building.
As much as i remember it was the lounge for travelling guests.
The photo is a free hand, available light photo.
There was grey curtains in front of the windows - to protect the old furniture and the valuable wallpaper against sun light.
So there was nearly no light in the room.
Using a tripod was forbidden.
Flash is out of question, of course.
So i used my slow hand and ISO 1600 to make it.

The soft low lighting adds to the mood I think. If you wanted you could probably bring up the whites easily in photoshop - but this is nice.
