Description
This little darling is a medium hair chihuahua. Chulito and his "brother" are frequent flyers at the boarding facility where I work.

Awwwwww..poor guy.. why does he board there so often? Owners too busy for him? He looks as though he has cataracts and perhaps almost blind if not blind? I bet you see alot of things that most of us don't regarding owners vs. pets and I don't necessarily mean that in a negative sense. Bravo for people like you who care for such lovely creatures... :=)
