Description

Three days ago, I turned on my computer in the morning to discover my entire 200 Gb external hard drive had become corrupted. The drive where I keep absolutly everything. :( I'm in the process of running recovery software on it but it's quite possible I've lost everything. I was working on re-doing what I had currently been working on, a book cover for a client, tonight and wound up doing a portrait instead. More to get back in the artistic swing of things instead of the technical, which is where my head's been for the past three days. This is Aiko wearing Blackhearted and Rio's Girl Next Door (Athletic morphs set to .3 and Bernadette face morph set to .5) Hair painted in photoshop.

Sorry to hear about you Ex. HD. Hope you didn`t loose everything...But unfortunatly, this happens to all of us. Beautiful face, fantastic eyes.

Ohhhhhh-it happened to me a few months ago, and my heart goes out to you!!!!! Hang in there, and I hope you get your data back!!! Beautiful detail on this image, and the hair is really wonderful!!! EXCELLENT work!

Hmm... I have yet done anything with Aiko. And interesting about using V3 textures. I've had several drive fail on me about a year ago. I did the ol' trick of putting them in a ziplock and put them in a fridge. Once cooled down, hook 'em up and copy files a couple at a time. Oh, and have the drives outside of the case with fans blowing on them. I had to repeat the process a couple of times. Hope you get your files back. Knock on wood. (And maybe knock on the drives, too. Used to work on Quantum drives used in Compaqs from a long time ago.)
