As far as pure emotions, it's dead on. But Cap's a hero, not a murderer, he'd bring in Osama for trial if he could.

Great image! I don't know what Captain America would do, but gotta say that this tired "bring to trial" idea is an idea substitute for the politically naive and morally clueless. It wasn't a burglary. Plus, I do not see anyone being "murdered" here.
