Nice terrain, but as far as I'm concerned, I think the water is too much sharpen... And try to extend the sky size, since we can see a black square at the right of the terrain ;) ...

You should try to use this big rock in a desert scene, with wide plains around, because it looks like Ayers Rock (in Australia) as Saurav said. I think that you could obtain a superb picture with an orange-red sunset lighting this rock.

Thank you Harvis and Tiwiwine so much for your critiques. I didn't even notice the black square at the horizon. I didn't sharpen this image at all. How do I not sharpen too much while in Terragen? I will try this with a desert scene and with the sunset. I'm sure I did this one too fast as I have a daughter from the East visiting me. Thank you all for your comments on this posting. Ruthee

Well at first I thought this was filtered to appear as a painting! It does have that look about it! I love the colors and the big rock like mountain is impressive! It's beautiful! Have a wonderful time with your Daughter..I bet she is very proud of you! :)

Don't know how I missed this one nut its wonderful, I actually have a rock in my yard that is almost identical in shape, and is petrified wood so it has the grain as well:-)Super work Ruthee, I thought the little black spot was part of it, lol! Hugs!
