Description
The last few days in Strathspey have been mild and sunny,this honey bee was making what is probably its last flight nectar gathering before the winter frosts.
Its my first try at insect close ups and I wanted to catch the delicate wings,so I am pleased with the result.

Love to see the adaptive element of nature, so late in October and still collecting honey!
