WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I'm Back!!!!!!!!!! Finally! We got the new computer on Friday afternoon!!!!! Set it up on Saturday and the first thing I did was download all the cards from my camera and back them up!!!!!! (Hey........I'm learning.....right????) I love this image! My friend and I were riding our bikes in Bishop, on one of the backroads, when I saw a huge tree with this red and orange vine growing up the trunk and hanging all over it! The lighting was perfect! The best thing was getting it into PS and finding it needed no postwork at all!!!!! Whoo Hoo!!!! Of course I immediately put on my desktop screen so I can look at it all the time!!!! I just want to say thank you to everyone for the encouraging words while I was computerless! I will try to do some catching up as I can. well cant take my eyes off the beauty in this image.excellent exposure control and fantastic DOF. the light absorbing through the veins of the leaf creating the shadows are seen with a good eye...stunning composition .. Glad for the c'puter and w/b.. sublime :)
